1.    What is included in my Membership?

Unlimited Search and posting of materials

3 users per Membership

Will field all inquiries to help manage your workload.

Option to have MSF sell your inventory for you with Sales agreement acceptance.

Freight not included- will help facilitate, Freight will be Collect and your choice of carrier, if required.

2.    Optional Sales Agreement details.

This service is optional. We would do your sales for your product and cover all incoming inquiries for you.

3.    Can I add users to my Membership? 

Yes, but there will be a $10 a month charge per extra user over 3.

4.    How much does the Membership cost?

There are 3 levels of membership.

Monthly for $60 a month billed Monthly

Qubership?arterly for $55 a month billed every 3 months at $165 (8% Saving)

Yearly for $50 a month billed once a year at $600 (17% Savings)

5.    Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees for the membership.

6.    How do I sign up for a Membership?

Begin by clicking the Sign-Up button.

Complete all fields.

Choose you preferred membership. (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)

We will review your details and send an approval email to the email address you provided.

After receiving the email, click the login link and you’re all set.

7.    How do I update my billing information?

Updating billing information is done on your profile page. 

Log in to your Membership,

Click My Profile on top right corner,

Once on Dashboard find the tab that says Addresses and click on tab

 Click Edit billing address highlighted in light blue,

Then make your changes and Save.

8.    When will I be billed?

Explanation of the billing cycle, including the date of the first charge and subsequent charges.

After the free trial ends there will be a charge based on your preferred Membership (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly)

Billing will be done 30 days from your charge date.

Example: On a Monthly Membership; free trial end on April 21 then, April 21 st will be your initial charge and next bill date will be May 21 st, June 21 st Etc.…



9.    How can I view my billing history?

Log in to your Membership,

Click My Profile on top right corner,

Once on Dashboard find the tab that says Order and click on that tab

View your orders.

10. What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discovery payments accepted

No PayPal, Zelle, Venmo types of payment accepted.

Company Checks can be sent also, but only for Quarterly and Yearly Memberships

11. How do I cancel my Membership?

If you need to cancel your membership, just email us at  zperez@metalshopforum.com Subject line Tech issue and explain your issue.

16. Is there a refund policy?

Refund before 14 days for Year Membership from sign up and approval date

Refund before 10 days for Quarterly Membership from sign up and approval date

Refund before 5 days for Monthly Membership from sign up and approval date.

17. Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial.

After 14-day free trial there will be a charge on your Credit Card.

All initial memberships will be charged to credit card.


18. Are there any referral programs?

Yes, we offer free 30 days with every referral that stays for 60 days minimum.

Technical Issues

19. How do I reset my password?

Go to Membership log in page

Click highlighted “Lost Password” under user and password.

Follow the steps to change the password.

20. What should I do if I encounter an issue with the service?
